Student Support: Offer personal support to students, including counseling, mentoring, and guidance on various issues such as behavioral problems, emotional well-being, and social difficulties.

Behavior Management: Implement strategies and interventions to address behavioral issues and maintain a positive school environment. This may involve working closely with students and teachers to develop behavior plans and promote positive behavior through attending stage meetings.

Attendance and Punctuality: Report frequent student attendance and punctuality to headteacher, identifying and addressing any issues or patterns of absence

Well-being Programs: Develop and implement well-being programs and initiatives that promote positive mental health and well-being among students. This may involve organizing workshops, assemblies, and activities that focus on building resilience, self-esteem, and emotional intelligence.

Quality Circle Time Program (QCT): Integrate QCT programs into the curriculum or through dedicated lessons to support the social and emotional development of middle school students. Teach skills such as self-awareness, self-management, responsible decision-making, relationship building, and social awareness

Address Bullying and Conflict Resolution: Implement comprehensive anti-bullying policies and procedures, conduct regular awareness campaigns, and provide training on conflict resolution and peer mediation. Encourage students to report incidents and create a safe and supportive environment for all.
Well-being Surveys: Administering well-being surveys to gather data on students’ emotional well-being and identify areas that require additional support.
